Rules & Regulations for GunFighter Paintball Scenarios

The Staff of GunFighter Paintball wants every player to have an enjoyable and memorable scenario experience, and with that in mind we have a few established rules that will help ensure your experience at our events is one that will last a lifetime. You and all the other players are the stars of our events and it is you that will make this scenario game fun, exciting and intense.

1- ALWAYS WEAR YOUR GOGGLES! Never remove or lift your paintball goggles while on the field. Paintball goggles are worn for a very important reason, they protect your eyes & face from the impact of paintballs. This is a MUST OBEY rule and violations of this rule will have you removed from the game.

2- Control your technology! Yes, we know that there are many guns on the market that can shot extremely fast, but there is no reason for high rates of fire at a scenario event. ALL RATES OF FIRE are capped at 12bps. Please configure your electronic marker accordingly. If your marker exceeds this ROF cap you will be taken off the playing field and your marker will be re-programmed. Second violations of this rule will result in your marker being removed from the game entirely.

3- SEMI ONLY mode allowed! No full-auto, ramping or turbo modes allowed. One shot, one pull semi only.

4- NO abusive or rude language allowed! This is a family event and there are young & old players on the field. There is no excuse for abusive language and the field refs will enforce this rule accordingly. We do understand that "smack talk" is part of the game and we do encourage it, but there is no reason to be insulting to the point of bad-sportsmanship. Remember that the player you are taunting may well be one of your friend's mother, father, younger sibling or other relation. Playing to have a great time does not mean you have to ruin someone else's fun by being rude, mean or using abusive language.

5- NO OUTSIDE PAINT ALLOWED! This is a sponsored scenario event and both GunFighter Paintball & the hosting field put a lot of effort and funds into making this event happen for you. Event Paintballs are the only paint allowed on the field. Players caught shooting off-field paint will be immediately removed from the game without any refund.

6- OBEY the surrender rule! If you are within 15 feet of an opposing player and you have the drop on them, give them a chance to surrender. If they choose not to surrender then have fun, but remember that close-quarter shots hurt and be careful about your shot placement.

7- NO Back of the head shots! Never fire at the back of another player's head. This is dangerous!

8- NO WIPING! This is a scenario event and as such should be played with honor & integrity. The re-insertion times for GunFighter Paintball Scenarios are frequent and you will be out of the game for no more than 20 minutes when you take a hit. Give the player that tagged you their due, call yourself out and go to the hospital zone.

9- Do not haress the wildlife! If you come across a rabbit, snake or other woodland creature, please do not attempt to shot, tease or capture them. Report any snakes to a field ref immediately and let them handle the situation.

10- Do not climb in the trees. Our hosting fields have built plenty of nice structures to enhance your game and climbing up a tree can be very dangerous during a paintball game. You could fall and injure yourself or another player.
