GunFighter Paintball Limited Lifetime Warranty on Paintball Markers

As of March 2007 GunFighter Paintball ProShop instituted a new warranty policy for all paintball markers purchased from our proshop to ensure that all of our customers will have an enjoyable paintball playing experience without having to worry about the maintenance of their paintball marker. This Limited Lifetime Warranty also includes yearly performance checkups for all paintball markers purchased from GunFighter Paintball ProShop at no charge to our customers.

 

Limited Lifetime Warranty, Service and Our Pledge

GunFighter Paintball ProShop stands behind all the products we sell and will always try our best, within the limitations of store or manufacturer policies, to make sure that you are satisfied with your purchase. All markers purchased at GunFighter Paintball ProShop carry a limited lifetime warranty for any service or repairs for the original owner (does not cover electronic repair parts that are out of the manufacturer warranty).  All custom built markers by GunFighter Paintball ProShop carry the same limited lifetime warranty on labor and parts. See the store manager for more information on custom built proshop markers.

 

What is covered by your GunFighter Extended Service Plan

1-       GunFighter Paintball ProShop will cover replacement or repair of all OEM o-rings, cup seals, gaskets, seals, poppet valves, springs (trigger, sear, drive, ACS), trigger pins, sears and applicable OEM mechanical parts on your marker for the original owner as long as he/she owns the marker. This warranty is non-transferrable. If the covered marker can’t be repaired at our facility, GunFighter Paintball ProShop will cover all shipping costs to have the marker sent from our facility to the manufacturer for repair or replacement.

2-       All upgrades (cosmetic or performance) purchased from GunFighter Paintball ProShop will be installed and setup at no charge to the customer by our technicians. All upgrades installed by our gun techs will be covered under this extended service plan. This includes body kits, body add-ons, electronic boards, valve enhancements and all other upgrades available at GunFighter Paintball ProShop. GunFighter Paintball ProShop does not guarantee the increase performance level of any upgrade installed on your paintball marker. Performance levels depend greatly on how a player may “set-up” his/her paintball marker and as such can be greatly affected once it is out of our facilities.

3-       Electronic boards and/or components are covered by GunFighter Paintball ProShop during the manufacturer’s warranty against defects only. Electronic boards are not covered for water, dirt, abusive or user inflicted damage. During the manufacturer’s warranty, GunFighter Paintball ProShop will replace or repair the electronic components at no charge to the customer. After the manufacturer warranty has expired, GunFighter Paintball ProShop will replace or repair the electronic component at the OEM cost of the component with no labor charges or shipping fees.

4-       Break-in Period Performance Tune-Up: After the first 3 months or 5-7 cases of paint (whichever comes first) please bring or send your marker to our facility for a performance checkup. During the Break-in Performance checkup, our gun techs will inspect and replace orings as needed to insure the best performance possible. Our gun techs will also perform a complete lube service on your marker, test and chrono your marker to 280fps. This is done at no charge to the customer. During the break-in period, we do ask that the marker not be disassembled by the player.

5-       Yearly Performance Tune-Up: GunFighter Paintball ProShop would like to see your marker at least once a year for a complete oring check/replacement, lubrication and performance tuneup. This is at no charge to the customer and includes replacement of worn orings, gaskets and seals.

 Our warranty policy does not cover “player” installed upgrades whether purchased from GunFighter Paintball ProShop or elsewhere.

 

 

GunFighter Paintball ProShop wants all of our customers to have an enjoyable paintball experience and stands behind the products we sell to insure this.

All sales on paintball markers are final, and can not be accepted for return or exchanges.

Bench/Repair Fees

Markers not purchased at GunFighter Paintball Proshop, which are brought in for service and/or repairs are subject to a $25 Bench Charge for diagnostic services and cleaning, which will be applied towards any additional labor charges for needed repairs. GunFighter Paintball ProShop has a $25 per hour labor charge plus parts for repairs on markers not covered by our warranty policy. Product warranties are handled by GunFighter Paintball ProShop unless otherwise stated.

Return Policy

All returns must have the original receipt and must be made within fourteen (14) days from the original purchase date. All returns are for in-store credit only. All items associated with the product (including warranty cards, instructions, packaging and box) must accompany the product and also be in new condition. A restocking fee ranging from 10% to 80% may be charged depending on the condition of the product and all items associated with it, at the discretion of the store manager.

Before any item can be considered for a return or exchange it must meet all of the following conditions:

Special Orders

No returns are allowed on special orders. All special orders must be paid in full before the order is placed. Special orders which are canceled after the order has been placed will forfeit 25% of the amount paid.

Paintballs and Paintball Pods

No returns or refunds are allowed on paintballs or pods. All paintballs should be inspected before leaving the store when purchased to insure that there are no breaks. Breaks found at the time of purchase will be replaced with unbroken bags.

Clothing

Returns on clothing are limited to defects in material or manufacturing and must be in new condition (meaning not worn). Returns are also limited to exchanges for the same type of clothing originally purchased. Any clothes that have been worn or used can not be returned to GunFighter Paintball Proshop and any defects found in the material after the fact must be directed to the manufacturer. No returns are allowed on “underwear�� type clothing including slider shorts, board shorts, athletic cups, sports bras and the like.

Various Soft Gear

Packs, gear bags, mask bags and other soft goods may be returned for exchange at the discretion of the store manager if the product has not been used and is in NEW condition. Returns are limited to defects in stitching, material or manufacturing.

Goggle Systems and Lens

No returns are allowed on replacement lens after they leave the store. All lenses should be inspected for scratches before purchase. Goggle systems must be unused and in new condition in the original package to be returned for exchange or store credit. Any goggle system that has been used in any way can not be accepted for return.

Hard Gear and Marker UpGrades

Only defective electronic hoppers will be accepted for exchange. Other electrical components, such as upgrade boards, enhancements, and pneumatic upgrade components installed by the end-user can not be returned to GunFighter Paintball ProShop.  Electronic upgrades and pneumatic components installed by GunFighter Paintball Proshop will be cover by our warranty policies for the manufacturer warranty period.

Barrels, barrel inserts, barrel backs, adapters and tips can only be returned for store credit if they are in new condition, have no scratches or marks and show no evidence of abuse. Barrels that have been used can not be returned.

GunFighter Paintball Proshop does not guarantee the level or percentage of performance increase of any upgraded installed on a marker by the end-user or by the ProShop technician.

Drop Forwards, ASAs, trigger frames and other body parts can not be returned once installed. Custom Anodizing and milling jobs are warranted only through the contracted company or companies and are not guaranteed by GunFighter Paintball ProShop in looks, color or function. No returns are allowed on custom work.
